Investment of the funds shall be at the discretion of the Club Manager, Michael Krichew for the first five (5) years of operation, and then by a vote of the stakeholders/members of the
Club.
Members are expected to invest for the five year period. There is a penalty for early withdrawal of 10% of the initial deposit in the
Club and 10% of any profit the Club has made at the time of early withdrawal.
Fees: Mr. Krichew, the Club Manager, will be paid 5% of any increase in fund value from year to year.

Having said this, I would like to say your Club will invest part of it's funds in a company which will overcome some of the marketing problems found with previous electric powered vehicles. If successful, this should eliminate one source of greenhouse gas. |
